Skyfest 2009

Skyfest 2009 - 2009-03-16

So its Saturday 15th and the Lotto Skyfest 2009 is on in Waterford with crowds of 60K expected and I want to try get a decent spot for photos of the fireworks, got down nice and early about an hour before the event and got myself a decent enough space upfront to setup the tripod.

The fireworks were fantastic and it was well worth the wait, now to get myself in a good position for the Spraoi parade & fireworks in the summer in Waterford :)

In the end about 100K people showed up....
