Don't go down to the stables
So back in October 2008 during my trip to Charleville Castle with boards.ie I spent some of the night in the old stables attached to the castle, the stables themselves were pitch black except for a couple of flash lamps we had so the bunch of us decided to try some light painting.
This shot is one of my first ever attempts, the shot is made up of two very bright flash lamps located in the end stall and then more then one flash gun was discharges several times in an attempt to light the room so that at least some details could be made out. Overall I think it worked and I've been hoping to attempt something similar with a much better election of colored lights locally in a old church for some time now.
